The Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) is preparing to host "Thailand Space Expo 2025," the most significant exhibition dedicated to space technology and geo-informatics in Thailand. These applications include data-driven agricultural planning, monitoring PM2.5 air quality levels, and verifying carbon credits through satellite data. The agency is also actively involved in indigenous research and development of space technologies, such as the THEOS-2A and THEOS-3 Earth observation satellites, a space traffic management system, a space object tracking and surveillance system, and Thailand's space weather forecasting system.
