Filling in the online form

  1. Fields marked * are required before the form can be submitted.
  2. Read the hint under each field first so formats such as e-mail or phone number are accepted.
  3. Attachments accept PDF, images, DOC, XLSX and ZIP, up to the size shown under the upload field.
  4. If something is missing, the message appears at that field — press Tab to step through them.
  5. Press Submit once and wait for the confirmation message. Do not close the page while it is sending.
  6. Keep the confirmation e-mail as proof of submission.

Accessibility and shortcuts

  • Press Tab to move focus, Enter or Space to activate, and Esc to close this dialog.
  • A "Skip to content" link sits at the very start of every page — one Tab press reaches it.
  • Text size and colour mode (normal / dark / high contrast) are set from the top bar and remembered.
